For chain retailers

Every store says it’s short. The godown has plenty.

No single view of stock across your stores, buying by gut feel, and expiring stock found on the shelf too late. We sit with you, see how your godown and stores really run, and mould the software to your process: the godown core runs live today, and store-wise stock and transfers we build on request.

What changes

Where stock leaks today. And what we would change.

Some fixes run on Live modules from day one. The rest we build around your stores, and we say so up front.

Modules we’d start with

The modules we would mould for you. A live core, then your stores.

Six Live modules make the core we configure for your godown and stores. The store-side modules we design and build for you, and they stay marked Built on request until they are live.

We start with a diagnosis and mould only what you need. Begin with the one module that hurts most, pay only for the modules you use, and add the next when you are ready.

A day in your business

One Saturday, five moments. Godown door to store counter.

Four moments at the godown run on Live modules today; the fifth, at the store counter, is the part we would build. Times, names and figures are sample data.

The numbers, before the shutters open

Stock value and the 14 batches expiring within 30 days, on one screen. The oldest biscuits are at the top of the list, with time still left to sell them.

  2. Purchase

    The supplier bill, entered once

Meena enters New Om Agencies’ bill at the godown door, with batch and expiry for all three items. Stock updates, and the voucher waits for accounts to review before it goes to Tally.

  3. Godown

    Snacks counted, then approved

Sunil counts the Snacks line. Three batches differ from the books, so nothing changes until Prakash approves at 1:12 pm, and the log keeps who and when.

  4. Accounts

No bill left waiting over the weekend

PUR/0410 has sat in review since the morning. An escalation reaches Ramesh in accounts; he checks it and approves, and it posts to Tally before the office closes.

  5. Stores

Counters close, tomorrow’s list is ready

Each store’s counter sales reduce central stock, and a replenishment list for every store waits for the morning dispatch. This is the part we would build around your stores.

Questions store owners ask

Straight answers. No sales talk.

Have a question about your stores we haven’t answered? Ask the team directly.

Do you have counter billing (POS) for our stores today?

Not as a Live module. Retail POS & Store Replenishment is Built on request: we design counter billing around how your stores sell and connect it to central stock. What runs live today is the core underneath it: stock and batches, purchases, counts with approval, dashboards, roles, alerts and Tally.

Can we see stock store by store?

Stock by location and transfers between stores come from Multi-Warehouse & Stock Transfers, which is Built on request. Live today, Inventory & Stock Counts shows real stock by item and batch, flags slow and expiring stock, and runs physical counts brand by brand with approval before anything is adjusted.

Is this running at a chain retailer today?

No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. The platform runs live every day at a multi-brand FMCG distributor in Mumbai. The stock, purchase, dashboard, role, alert and Tally modules you would start with are the same ones running there. The store-side parts are moulded or built for you, and we mark them Built on request.

Do we have to stop using Tally?

No. Your books stay in Tally. Supplier bills are entered once and pushed to Tally after a review step, and ledgers and outstanding are read back from it, so your accountant and CA keep working exactly as they do today.

Can we start with just the central godown?

Yes. You start with the one module that hurts most, for example stock counts and purchases at the central godown, go live, and add the next module once your team is comfortable. You pay only for the modules you use.

Who can change stock, and will we know who did?

Each person gets a login for their role and sees only what that role needs: purchase staff enter supplier bills, the godown in-charge runs counts, and the owner approves adjustments. Every change and approval is logged with who and when.
