Accepting these terms

By using wolfizer.com (the “site”), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to the website only. They are not a contract for software or services.

Who we are

The site belongs to Wolfizer Technologies, a registered Indian company that builds business software for distributors, wholesalers, chain retailers, super stockists, brands and e-commerce sellers. In these terms, “Wolfizer”, “we” and “us” mean Wolfizer Technologies, and “you” means anyone using the site.

The information on this site

Everything on the site is general information about our software and how we work. In particular:

• It is not a binding offer. Nothing on the site is an offer to supply software or services on particular terms.
• It is not professional advice. Where we describe GST, Tally, audit trails or data protection, we describe what our software does. Your CA, auditor or lawyer should confirm what your business needs.
• Screens are illustrations. The product screens on the site are illustrations with sample data. Party names and figures are made up, and the screens set up for your business will follow your own process.
• No prices are published. You pay only for the modules you use, and the cost is set out in your written proposal.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but details can change. Please check with us before you rely on anything for a business decision.

Live and Built on request

Every module on the site carries one of two labels. They describe availability today:

A label is not a promise that a module will do a particular thing for your business. Exactly which modules you get, what we configure and what we build are confirmed in your written proposal, and we tell you which is which before you commit.

Services need an agreement

Browsing the site, sending an enquiry or booking a free business diagnosis does not create a contract for software or services.

• The free business diagnosis is free, with no obligation.
• If you decide to work with us, our software and services are governed by a separate written proposal and agreement between your business and Wolfizer Technologies.
• If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Our content and brand

The text, design, illustrations and graphics on this site, and the Wolfizer name and wolf logo, belong to Wolfizer Technologies and are protected by Indian copyright and trade mark law.

You may view the site, print or save a page for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Other product names on the site, such as Tally and WhatsApp, belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe what our software works with; a mention does not mean they endorse us.

Acceptable use

Please use the site fairly. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms Wolfizer or anyone else;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its forms, including automated or repeated submissions;
• copy the site’s content in bulk with automated tools;
• send false details, or someone else’s details without their permission;
• upload or send anything that contains a virus or other harmful code;
• pretend to be Wolfizer, or to be connected with us when you are not.

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

Links to other websites

The site links to other services, such as WhatsApp, which opens when you tap “Talk on WhatsApp”. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work. A link does not mean we control or endorse that service.

Disclaimer

We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful code, or that its information is complete and current. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under Indian law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Indian law allows, Wolfizer Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, business or data, that comes from using the site, being unable to use it, or relying on its content.

Our responsibilities for software and services are set only by your signed agreement with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what personal data the site collects, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. In short: no analytics or tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about the site or these terms falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before anything formal, please write to us. Most questions are easier to settle in a conversation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top always shows when they took effect. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
