Yes. The Schemes & Pricing Engine holds period schemes by party or area, margin and cash-discount rules and buy-N rules for each principal, and applies them on every bill, so nobody works them out by hand. We load your current scheme circulars while we set it up.
Our orders come from salesmen, phone calls and WhatsApp. Will they really land in one place?
Yes. Orders from the salesman app, the retailer app, phone calls and WhatsApp land in one queue in Order Management, with duplicate and stock checks, so an order sent at night does not wait in someone’s chat. Each party can get the confirmation on WhatsApp.
Will our accountant still work in Tally?
Yes. Invoices, purchases and receipts are pushed to Tally after a review step, and ledgers and outstanding are read back from it. Your accountant, your GST returns and your CA keep working in Tally exactly as they do today.
Do you have beat planning and van sales?
Not as Live modules yet. Route & Beat Planning and Van Sales & Spot Billing are Built on request: we design and build them around your beats and vans when you need them, and the proposal says so clearly before you commit.
Our principals want reports in their own format. Can you do that?
Brand-wise sales and team performance are Live in Brand & Team Dashboards, and reports export to Excel any time. A report built in a principal’s exact format and refreshed on its own is the Built-on-request module Custom Reports & BI. Scheme and rate-difference claims with principals are Built on request too.
