Not as a Live module. Marketplace & D2C Sync is Built on request: we build the connectors for the channels you actually sell on, around how your team works. What runs live today is the godown underneath them: stock and batches, picking and checking, GST invoicing, Tally, WhatsApp updates and the owner dashboard.

Until the channel sync is built, how do online orders reach the packing table?

They do not flow in by themselves yet. Pulling orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify or your website automatically is Marketplace & D2C Sync, which is Built on request. Until then, an order is entered in the order queue by hand with Order Management, a Live module, and from there it is picked, checked and billed like a trade order. GST Invoicing bills the orders you invoice yourself, such as trade orders and orders from your own website. Where a portal raises the invoice in your name, we work out in the diagnosis how it should reach your books.

Can it bill IGST for orders shipped to other states?

Yes. GST Invoicing applies CGST and SGST or IGST by place of supply on every invoice, with HSN, tax-wise totals and your series, and Tally Integration pushes it to Tally after a review step. e-Invoice and e-Way Bill run through your existing Tally setup today; direct generation is the Built-on-request module Direct e-Invoice & e-Way Bill.

Will it reconcile marketplace payouts and TCS?

Not today. Matching each payout to its orders, fees and returns, and reconciling the TCS that e-commerce operators collect under GST section 52, are built on request. What is live today: your invoices and purchases flow into Tally, so your books and your CA’s workflow stay as they are.

Is this running at an e-commerce seller today?

No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. The platform runs live every day at a multi-brand FMCG distributor in Mumbai. The stock, picking, invoicing, Tally, WhatsApp and dashboard modules you would start with are the same ones running there. The channel-side parts are moulded or built for you, and we mark them Built on request.

We also sell to shops. Can trade orders and online orders share one godown?

Yes, for stock. Inventory & Stock Counts keeps one real stock by item and batch for your godown, and trade orders are picked, checked and billed from the same racks. Online orders come off that same stock automatically only with Marketplace & D2C Sync, which is Built on request. Stock across several godowns or marketplace warehouses needs Multi-Warehouse & Stock Transfers, also Built on request.
